Practice Resource Stewardship

We employ a variety of eco-sensitive processes and systems in our manufacturing facilities. For example, we capture raw material excess, scrap and off-spec product and reuse them in the manufacturing process. We use high-efficiency dust collectors to capture and reuse dust particulate. We use a closed-loop system for our cooling water and waste effluents. We ship in loose bulk when appropriate to eliminate package waste. And since 1999, we’ve reduced our total organic emission by up to 50 percent, cut our water consumption and our non-recycled waste by more than 30 percent.
